Closed circuit counterflow cooling tower is a type of closed cooling tower where water flows downward through the fill media while air flows upward, in opposite directions.
The counterflow tower requires approximately 20% less fill volume compared to crossflow towers, leading to more efficient heat exchange and higher cooling efficiency.
The water distribution system of counterflow towers is less prone to blockages, the fill media stays clean and does not age easily, there is minimal wet air recirculation, and anti-freezing measures are easier to implement.
Multiple closed circuit counterflow cooling towers can be designed for modular operation, allowing for individual or collective operation based on water temperature and flow requirements in winter.
These towers are easy to install, maintain, and repair, with lower costs, making them popular for use in air conditioning and industrial cooling systems with medium to large-scale water circulation.

- Spray Pump
The motor is specifically designed for outdoor use and has an impeller with excellent hydraulic model design for good dynamic and static balance.
SKF bearings and EKK mechanical seals, sourced from Sweden, ensure the pump's long-term reliable operation with features such as low power consumption, low head, high flow rate, and low noise.
- Filler
The water collector and air guide structure are integrated, allowing the fill to be directly suspended without the need for adhesive. The excellent structural design ensures proper spacing, even water distribution, efficient heat exchange, prevention of clogging, and easy installation and maintenance.
