CO2 Gas Cooler

From an environmental point of view, CO2 is a superior alternative to environmentally-damaging hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), and is non-flammable, non-toxic, and less expensive.  

 

Our gas cooler designs can be offered as flat-bed or V-block orientation with all the benefits learnt from our Condenser ranges. The special small diameter tubing used reduces both refrigerant charge and unit cost. These can be offered with integral evaporator sections to generate false loads.

2.Tube: 7 or 12.7mm O.D. copper tube.
3. Refrigerant :CO2.
4. Fins: aluminum fin, aluminum magnesium alloy fin, epoxy resin anti-corrosion aluminum fin,electrophoretic anti-corrosion treatment aluminum fin, copper or tinned copper fin, stainless steel fin.
5. Casing: galvanized steel sheet spray/powder coating or stainless steel
6. Fans: AC or EC
