The cabinet enclosure is formed in a single process using SPCC cold-rolled steel sheet roll forming. The angle rails, cable management panels, central columns, and L-shaped support bars are manufactured through automated punching and bending lines, with a material thickness of 1.8–2.0 mm. The side panels, top panel, and bottom panel are made of 1.2 mm cold-rolled steel sheet. The perforated doors are produced by punching and bending with flattening machines.

Surface treatment includes degreasing, pickling, phosphating, and electrostatic powder coating. Color is customized according to customer requirements. The enclosure is welded in a single process, and the final product is assembled on an automated assembly line. Protection rating: IP20.
