Heat Exchange Designed Around Efficiency

The core engineering goal is simple,maximize heat transfer relative to the energy the fan consumes. High efficiency heat exchangers are sized accordingly, and tube to tube coupling is designed for low pressure drop on the media side — maximum 100kPa at water design conditions. The thermodynamic and aerodynamic design software behind the range has been tested and proven in Germany over many years, providing a calculation basis that has stood up in real installations.
 

Fans Selected for Reliability and Low Energy Use

Fan selection follows the same efficiency principle. Only low specific energy consumption fans are used, fitted with nozzle designs that maximize airflow and air throw. The fans come from world-leading manufacturers, practically proven for reliable, long lasting operation. Each fan is paired with an air separator, and motors meet IP54 protection class with F class insulation — matching the demands of continuous outdoor duty.
 

Configured to the Duty

The platform is specified, not sold from a catalog. Coils can be designed for water, oil or glycol; multiple circuits and sub-cooling circuits support complex system architectures; casings are available in stainless steel or aluminum; and fins can be coated aluminum or copper for aggressive environments. Explosion proof motors are offered for hazardous zones, and fin spacing can be customized where air quality demands it.
