High density data centers and supercomputing infrastructure produce substantial concentrated heat, outperforming the limits of conventional air cooling. Liquid cooling relies on robust Cooling Distribution Units (CDU) to manage circulating coolant. Cabinet mounted SHENGLIN liquid to liquid CDU acts as the core liquid cooling component. It absorbs heat from IT equipment through secondary side coolant and transfers heat to external chilled water or natural cold sources on the primary side, maintaining IT hardware within safe working temperatures.

Key Features

The CDU delivers precise temperature control up to ±0.5℃, fitted with a 10 inch color touchscreen, multi level access control and real time monitoring of temperature, pressure, flow and water quality with anti condensation protection.
High efficiency plate heat exchangers and N+1 redundant variable frequency pumps enable high delta T operation. Fan free construction cuts power use and noise to boost overall energy efficiency.
It supports multiple coolants such as deionized water, ethylene and propylene glycol solutions, and works seamlessly with copper, 3 series and 6 series aluminum cold plates.
Constructed with 304 stainless steel or higher grade corrosion resistant piping, the unit includes standard RS485 communication, comprehensive alarm protection and power fail parameter storage. Custom monitoring protocols, 25–100μm precision filtration and serviceable sensors/filters are available, alongside optional dual power supply.
