High density data centers demand reliable liquid cooling distribution units for non stop full load operation. Conventional CDUs often lack sufficient heat transfer capacity and site adaptability under local Indian operating conditions. To address strict thermal management requirements for a major India based data center, SHENGLIN delivered a custom built 800kW liquid to liquid cabinet type CDU.
This cabinet mounted CDU provides 800kW heat transfer capacity for liquid to liquid heat exchange between primary side chilled water and secondary side IT coolant. Optimized for local grid conditions, it delivers stable coolant flow and precise temperature control to support safe 24/7 operation for high density server racks.

Project Features

High density server racks generate heavy continuous heat loads, placing high requirements on CDU heat exchange, flow stability and temperature accuracy. Off the shelf cooling units struggle with large capacity heat dissipation, risking temperature swings that hurt server uptime.
SHENGLIN’s custom cabinet type CDU is purpose built for large scale data center liquid cooling. Its optimized liquid to liquid heat exchange structure delivers steady 800kW heat transfer to match high computing heat output. The cabinet style design simplifies on site layout, piping work and daily maintenance inside data center halls.
Tuned for India’s operating environment, the unit monitors and controls coolant temperature, pressure and flow in closed loop mode. It keeps IT hardware within safe temperature ranges, reduces overheating risks and lowers long term OPEX for the facility.
