Rooftop Units Exported to Nigeria for Pharma Workshop Cooling

As pharmaceutical clean production standards continue to upgrade, the requirements for constant temperature and humidity in production workshops are getting higher. Fluctuations in temperature and humidity in cleanrooms can directly affect the quality of drug production and storage safety. To meet the temperature and humidity control needs of a pharmaceutical plant in Nigeria, we successfully delivered a rooftop all-in-one temperature control solution adapted to the plant's conditions, with 36.2 kW cooling and 82 kW heating capacity.The equipment runs stably and reliably overall, and its dust-proof clean configuration can handle the demanding conditions of pharmaceutical dust-free workshops. It operates smoothly around the clock, providing continuous and stable clean temperature control for the pharmaceutical production line in Nigeria.

Project Features
Pharmaceutical cleanrooms need to be equipped with high-precision HVAC systems that maintain constant temperature and humidity. As pharmaceutical production standards continue to be upgraded, cleanrooms have very strict requirements for temperature and humidity stability, so temperature control equipment must ensure both continuous operation and cleanroom compatibility.The rooftop all-in-one unit installed at the Nigerian pharmaceutical plant features an integrated heating and cooling design with independent cooling and heating circuits. It maintains stable temperature control under normal conditions, and can automatically adjust output power in both high and low temperature environments, keeping the cleanroom at the required temperature for production.
The standalone unit has a cooling capacity of 36.2 kW and a heating capacity of 82 kW, making it suitable for small to medium pharmaceutical plants. It comes with a Sanyo compressor, uses R407C refrigerant, and is compatible with the local 380V three-phase 50Hz power supply standard, capable of running non-stop all year in tropical climates.
The rooftop unit features an integrated design for easy installation, with simple maintenance procedures later on, perfectly matching the strict requirements of pharmaceutical workshops for equipment cleanliness, stable operation, and convenient maintenance.
