Container Data Center: RDHx Cooling for UAE AI Project

Project Overview
The rapid expansion of AI and high-performance computing in the Middle East creates strong demand for rapidly deployable, high-density computing infrastructure. Faced with harsh coastal climatic conditions and tight construction schedules in the UAE, clients require all-in-one data center solutions with robust corrosion resistance, reliable fire protection and efficient thermal management. To satisfy these requirements, SHENGLIN delivered a tailor-made 20ft container data center integrated with rear door heat exchanger (RDHx) cooling technology for a local AI project.
This 20 ft prefabricated container data center accommodates 4 IT racks equipped with RDHx cooling systems. Each rack supports 20kW heat load via four rear door heat exchangers. The container enclosure meets IP55 protection standards, offers 30-minute fire resistance and is built with C5M anti-corrosion treatment to withstand the severe coastal environment of the UAE. The unit is fitted with an 80kVA modular UPS paired with VRLA batteries. Optimized layout designs arrange 5 racks within the 20ft container to maximize space utilization and overall operational efficiency.
