LDD, LD series spiral single quick freezing device is the latest domestic model developed by our company by absorbing the advanced design ideas of Japan's MIZUNO Co., Ltd. and Sweden's FRIGOSCANDIA company and carrying out independent innovation. It not only has the energy saving and land occupation of similar models. In addition to the characteristics of province, it also has the following characteristics:

1. Using high-efficiency large-fin all-aluminum evaporator (or large-fin copper tube evaporator), high heat transfer coefficient, low frosting rate, long continuous working time; uniform and reasonable airflow organization.

2. The key supporting parts and the parts that are easy to be contaminated and not easy to clean are made of thick polished stainless steel square pipes, which meet the requirements of HACCP specifications.

3. The internal structure and driving mechanism are designed reasonably and concisely, and it is convenient and convenient to repair and replace parts.

4. The new drive system is adopted to ensure the synchronous operation of the mesh belt and the brick tower; and after the system stops, the residual tension of the mesh belt is zero, thereby effectively extending the service life of the conveyor mesh belt.
