Design parameters:
Ammonia water absorption chiller is a non-standard equipment, users need to provide the following parameters when ordering:

Heat source parameters

Steam: pressure, temperature, flow

Hot water: temperature, flow

Exhaust gas: temperature, standard flow rate, source, impurity content


Evaporation temperature

If multiple evaporating temperatures are provided on one unit, please indicate the ammonia flow or cooling capacity required for each evaporating temperature


Cooling water

Primary water inlet unit temperature and flow rate; existing cooling tower processing capacity, inlet and outlet temperatures;
If you need a new cooling tower, please provide the water source temperature and local meteorological data; it is best to inject soft water at one time during closed circulation (applicable to circulating water)

Note:

  1. The power supply of the unit is three-phase four-wire 380v, 50Hz, and the specifications of the power line must meet the power distribution requirements of the unit;
  2. The power line and control line sent to the unit should be laid separately, and the user leads to the unit under the electrical control cabinet for control The company is responsible for the wiring in the cabinet;
  3. The unit and all electrical equipment are provided by the user with reliable grounding, the grounding resistance is less than 10 ohms;
  4. The user must provide a site that meets the installation of the unit, and do a good job according to the design requirements.
