Scope:
Shanghai Shenglin has experience and expertise in Designing and manufacturing heat exchanger coils made with Stainless steel tubes.
The company has the ability of flexible design that enables the customer to get better cooling capacity while achieving maximum efficiency.
Using stainless steel tubes enables the usage of corrosive refrigerants or deionized water.
Applications:
Laser system radiators:
A - Cooling Esthetic lasers.
B - Cooling medical lasers.
C - Cooling welding lasers.
D- Cooling metal cutting lasers.
Fuel Cells:
A - Cooling Electrical convertors of wind power and Photovoltaic systems.
B- All heat exchanging needs in the Milk industry.
Abilities:
We can manufacture in a variety of tube diameters in 3/8" (9.53mm) and 7mm and others upon request.
3/8" tube is suitable for high capacities and high flow rates.
7mm tube is suitable for low capacities and low flow rates of the refrigerants. Which enables to get higher efficiency in a reduced volume.
Structure:
A - Upper assembly welded plate cartridge style to maintain the continuous flow while taking advantage of as small valium as possible.
B - Return bands system enabling the continuous flow.
