Laser condenser

Our client came to us needing to produce commercial laser heat exchangers at a lower cost to compete with international sales and offshore distribution.
The previous manufacturing process was expensive and labor intensive. We created a new, automated process to build this very complex part. Automation, 
made possible by our advanced equipment, reduced the per-piece cost by 60%.

Specification

Tube sizes range from 7mm to 15.88mm. Materials include copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and others. This product is brazed or welded depending on the material and application.
