Selection of Constant Temperature and Humidity Series for Air Conditioning in Clean Operating Room.
 
1. There are grade requirements for air purification in the space of the place of use, and the relative temperature and humidity require control accuracy. The clean operating room air-conditioning constant temperature and humidity system can be selected; Setting range: temperature is 18~28℃±1~5℃, relative humidity is 40~70%±3~5%;
 
2. Determine the rated air volume: calculate the circulating air volume per unit time according to the number of air changes in the space to be processed and the volume of the space. The rated air volume of the air conditioning unit in the clean operating room must be greater than the theoretical calculation air volume;
 
3.  Determine the cold, heat and humidity load: calculate the cold, heat and humidity load of the space to be handled according to the relevant indoor and outdoor ambient air parameters, fresh air volume and surrounding structural forms;
 
4. Determine the model
a. When the rated air volume meets the requirements, but the cooling and heating load cannot meet the requirements, the selection should be based on the cooling and heating load.
b. When the rated air volume meets the requirements and the cooling and heating load also meets the requirements, the selection should be based on the air volume.
 
5. Determine the condensation method
a. The air-cooled type is suitable for dry and water-deficient areas. It is convenient to install and widely used. Note that there should be more than 1.5M space around the outdoor unit.
b. The water-cooled type is suitable for occasions with abundant water sources, good water quality, and easy installation of the cooling water system. The cooling water system users should prepare their own.
 
6. Determine the type of air supply structure
a. The front air supply type is suitable for the treatment of medium and small areas in the same room. The unit has a built-in high-efficiency and low-noise fan for easy installation
b. The top air supply method is suitable for medium and large processing spaces. The unit has a built-in high static pressure centrifugal fan, which can directly handle the air supply.
c. Direct air supply by pipe is suitable for large processing space. The unit has a built-in fan, and the user needs to provide an additional air box and return air duct to centrally process the supply air.
 
7. Special requirements can be customized
a. Computer centralized control or remote monitoring;
b. Special working conditions, overseas power supply voltage matching;
c. It can provide a constant temperature and humidity clean unit that exceeds the temperature and humidity requirements of the normal use environment: low temperature type, high temperature type, and low humidity type;
d. All fresh air type: meet the temperature and humidity requirements of all resh air conditions, and run intelligently throughout the operation;
e. Environment-friendly refrigerant type: green environment-friendly refrigerants R410A and R134A can be used;
f. Constant temperature and humidity air-conditioning products for clean operating rooms. Steam heating and humidification are clean constant temperature and humidity air-conditioning units that can be heated and humidified by steam;
g. Heat pump heating type: clean constant temperature and humidity air conditioning products that can be heated by heat pumps
